Lonnie Dilan is a singer-songwriter/musician who came from Nashville, Tennessee, trying to make it in this music field. He has enjoyed music ever since he was 5 years of age; he picked up a guitar at age 13 and started playing and teaching himself the roots of music, and different styles of playing. He’s played allot in Nashville, Arizona and in Colorado. Influences are: Enrique Granados (18th century, romantic period Spanish composer), The 3 Kings, Cheyenne Schiltz (Jaynes), Chris p. Schiltz, Robert Johnson and many many others!
As he kept learning on the guitar, he would pick up different instruments such as the piano, harmonica, keyboard and bass. all of this started when he use to play saxophone in middle school and in high school. Playing and writing music is what he is best at and enjoys! Now performing more and with his new band, The Wandered.
I also want to thank all musicians who have helped and took the time out of their daily lives to record with me: Roger Karr (bass on Forgotten Love and Darkness Before Dawn), Brendan O’Donoghue (cello on ‘Forgotten Love’ and acoustic bass and cello on ‘In The Darkness’, which is coming soon!), Jesse Troutman (lead acoustic and electric on ‘Darkness Before Dawn’).
